We are currently seeking a General Office Clerk.
The General Office Clerk performs a number of customer-facing and customer-related duties such as
handling will-call customers, processing returns material authorizations and handling the preparation of
customer invoices, driver manifests and other related documents. The General Office Clerk will make
regular use of NetSuite to process orders, returns, get fulfillment status and assist the Operations
Manager, Assistant Manager and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintains files and records
Processes will call customer orders in a timely manner
Performs basic bookkeeping tasks, processes check deposits, etc.
Maintains / orders office supplies
Checks customer invoices for accuracy
Compiles financial records
Maintains efficient invoice filing system
Assists with the overall organization and cleanliness of the office area.
Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
2+ years’ experience in office setting
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Organized and detailed oriented Time management
