In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Success to identify opportunities for customers to use more of our products and grow the relationship. Roles and Responsibilities

Become a product expert 

Become a master at and gain knowledge about the Sales/Marketing ops landscape

Work closely across multiple organizations (Customer Success, Customer Marketing, Sales) to enable customer growth, share customer feedback, win upsell opportunities, and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities

Meet daily, weekly & monthly activity metrics

Hit monthly revenue expectations

Demonstrate our product over the web

Negotiate and close deals that are favorable for the company

Learn daily and strive to get better all the time

Contribute to the overall success of the company beyond their job description

Required Skillset

3+ years of work experience in Sales or Account Management

Thorough understanding of the Sales process

Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business

Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience

Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized

Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented startup environment
