They are seeking a dynamic, energetic and fearless Mid-Market Account Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue in a full-cycle inside sales environment. The ideal candidate should have some experience prospecting, building pipeline and closing his or her own deals. They are looking for someone who is comfortable and understands what it means to sell in a startup environment. Roles and Responsibilities
  · Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities · Meet daily, weekly & monthly activity metrics · Hit monthly revenue expectations · Demonstrate our product over the web · Negotiate and close deals that are favorable for the company · Learn daily and strive to get better all the time · Contribute to the overall success of the company beyond their job description · Enjoy their role as they build the next great SaaS company  
Required Skillset

  • Become a product expert on  offerings
  • Lead ADR team in developing sales pipeline
  • Train ADRs on  sales process, target market, product value, and message
  • Provide regular coaching, feedback, and professional development for everyone on your team
  • Hire, onboard and train new Sales Development Reps as your pipeline targets grow
  • Continuously track metrics and improve the efficiency of the ADRs
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Leadership to prioritize target accounts and customize outreach
  • Collaborate with Operations to utilize sales technology including Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Linkedin Navigator
  • Constantly test new and innovative ways to capture and convert prospective customers

  • 1-3 years of work experience in leading Account Development teams
  • 3+ years of work experience in Account Development or Sales
  • Thorough understanding of Sales process
  • Proven track record leading teams with demonstrated ability to meet aggressive goals
  • Experience with, sales engagement, data management, and reporting
  • Ability to understand and deconstruct technical products and platforms
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous SaaS and enterprise software experience
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Self-starter who thrives under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented startup environment
