- Collaborate with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role and the function
- Ability to search social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails.
- Create boolean search for the active jobs
- Create projects in LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator accounts
- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
- Find and engage with activate/passive candidates through the use of Boolean search on LinkedIn recruiter accounts, and alternative search techniques
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent degree
- Minimum 2+ years of sourcing experience
- Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers
- Ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media, and internet searches.
- Experience in working within a global team and environment is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication is a plus
- Having experience in the Biotech and Pharma industry is a huge plus
- Good to have experience in working with USA based clients and jobs
