Your mission is to secure topline revenue while building a world-class sales team that will deliver a game-changing experience to our Life Sciences clients that helps them get the talent they urgently need.

Responsibilities

  • Industry Relationships: Develop and maintain deep relationships with a diverse range of companies in the life sciences sector.
  • Business Development: Drive the creation and expansion of consulting and contract recruitment services, acting both as a Senior Business Developer and an Individual Contributor.
  • Professional Representation: Uphold a professional demeanor, effectively managing risks and representing the company's interests and values.
  • Technological Integration: Utilize our AI-enabled platform to enhance recruitment processes and provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Strategic Networking: Engage deeply in the industry, understanding and leveraging Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and staffing strategies.
  • Revenue Goals: Achieve a personal target of a $5M/Yr book of business, contributing to the company’s overall goal of $20M-$50M revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of sales experience in recruitment, preferably in biometrics/clinical development within Life Sciences staffing/recruiting
  • Experience working with top Life Sciences staffing/recruiting companies preferred 
  • Proven track record in sales, business development, and relationship management in the life sciences recruitment industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment technologies and trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and navigate complex business environments.
