  • Partner with hiring managers and other leaders to lead full life cycle recruiting efforts for our Clinical Development functions, which include R&D, Clinical Operations, Data Management, Biostat, and Regulatory affairs
  • Create and implement robust candidate experience and customer success strategies
  • Help define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process that results in a superior candidate and hiring manager experience. This includes robust manager kick-off sessions, interview team prep/debrief sessions, and the use of behavior-based interviewing skills and assigned focal areas
  • Leverage external and internal talent data to best inform hiring managers and guide them to make smart hiring decisions.
  • Develop and implement recruiting marketing strategies to find, attract and engage candidates 
  • Develop and implement recruitment programs and strategies ensuring effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with overall strategic planning & branding
  • Prioritize tasks to serve the needs of candidates and hiring managers 


  • Minimum of 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience including corporate and agency in Biotech/Pharmaceutical in the USA
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate candidates with their technical skills with respect to the job
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent prioritization and judgment skills
  • Uncanny customer service and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude with "winning" Spirit and sense of urgency
  • Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks independently
