Working as part of the Bevov team, you will be responsible for multiple talent pipelines across the BioPharma industry in the USA, owning the Sourcing Strategy and generation of candidates. Your role will be critical to impact the business using a proactive approach and attending different priorities, partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers, building and nurturing long-term relations with prospects.
- Designing and implementing effective strategies to source candidates for every job.
- Identifying candidates suitable for the active jobs through networking, utilizing online databases, or social media.
- Using all possible means to engage those candidates quickly & ensuring upto date resumes’s are received from potential candidates.
- Ability to assess candidate quality and technical capabilities.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed candidate records for each job.
- Provide strategic input on best sourcing channels.
- Contribute to the development of the overall Bevov Talent Sourcing Strategy.
- Keep appraised of regional and local employment laws and regulations to ensure Company compliance.
- At least 4 years of experience working as a Headhunter, Talent Acquisition, or Sourcing Specialist in a high volume and fast pace environment is required.
- Experience in sourcing for jobs in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical industries.
- Proficient in Talent Sourcing, building Talent Pools and Maps, using creative and scalable techniques, tools, and channels to identify and engage passive talent.
- Good knowledge of Boolean, X-Ray, and Advanced Searches (in LinkedIn Recruiter, Search Engines, and other databases).
- Excellent written communication skills, able to succinctly articulate messages that are attractive and relevant for potential candidates.
- Attention to detail and accuracy. Able to follow a process and deliver on time.
- Results orientated with the tenacity to deliver great results quickly.
- Demonstrate a very high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
