As an Account Executive at Nuvola Staffing, you thrive on building relationships with potential new clients and bringing in net new business, you deliver with precision, and you see opportunities where others see challenges.
We are looking for an Account Executive for business development to start immediately to help with our continued growth. This role will be providing staffing solutions to Houston area customers from start-ups to Enterprise level.
- Sell direct placement and contract solutions.
- Business development and account management.
- Manage full sales cycle including lead development and qualification.
- Build Client relationships.
- Initiate phone call and in-person meetings with mid-to-senior level managers.
- Collaborate with recruiters to ensure candidates are an ideal fit for Client business and cultural requirements.
- Participate in industry events.
- Minimum 2 year sales Staffing sales experience is required.
- Business development experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with technology, market intelligence tools and social media.
- Persistent, self starter, enthusiastic, confident and tenacious.
