As Director of
Sales, we will look to you to lead the
charge for hiring and onboarding new Account Executives as well as SDR’s
(Sales Development Representatives), create and implement a comprehensive AE & SDR training program, continue
to shape in improve our sales play book & sales process, provide ongoing
sales coaching and monitor sales prospecting metrics. We are a small but nimble
team where attitude is everything. As the Director of Sales, your
enthusiasm will be contagious, you will love to coach and be coached, and you
will have a passion for winning. This role reports to the Chief Sales Officer.

Develop and implement our SDR
on-boarding and training program focused on our software and sales process and
Maintain a culture of
collaboration through continuous refinement and optimization of messaging and
processes to continually improve sales metrics
Provide SDRs with ongoing
coaching on competencies such as cadence, time management, objection handling,
prospecting tactics, and active listening skills
Track, manage and analyze SDR
metrics to provide key inputs for sales reporting and pipeline management.
