Home office is located in an exciting space, downtown Kansas City, Missouri.

About the Role:
As Director of Sales, we will look to you to lead the charge for hiring and onboarding new Account Executives as well as SDR’s (Sales Development Representatives), create and implement a comprehensive AE & SDR training program, continue to shape in improve our sales play book & sales process, provide ongoing sales coaching and monitor sales prospecting metrics. We are a small but nimble team where attitude is everything. Specific responsibilities include:
·        Hire and lead a team of top performing outbound SDR’s ·        Help create a high energy sales culture where people love coming to work ·        Develop and implement our SDR on-boarding and training program focused on our software and sales process and strategy ·        Maintain a culture of collaboration through continuous refinement and optimization of messaging and processes to continually improve sales metrics ·        Provide SDRs with ongoing coaching on competencies such as cadence, time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, and active listening skills ·        Track, manage and analyze SDR metrics to provide key inputs for sales reporting and pipeline management. ·        Coach and develop inside sales (B2B) team – Account Executives ·        Monitor and report sales metrics and the entire sales administration process. ·        Set and track sales targets. Approximately 80calls/day- all new biz. ·        Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales forecasts. ·        Execute on tactical strategies to increase revenue opportunities. ·        Leverage KPI and Pipeline data to identify sales opportunity and provide accurate forecasts. ·        Manage and monitor team member KPI Benchmark performance daily. ·        Support, develop and help implement sales team best practices. ·        Keep sales team up-to-date with current product pricing, specials, marketing collateral, and internal contact information.

·        Proven sales skills with history of meeting or exceeding quota ·        Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience preferred ·        Proven track record with 3 + years inside sales management experience required ·        Proficient HubSpot and CRM skills ·        Excellent analytical skills ·        Performance Management techniques ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills ·        Excellent follow through and closing skills ·        Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities ·        Demonstrated understanding of automotive CRMs, e.g., Dealer Inspire, ReyRey, DealerSocket ·        Knowledgeable in using PowerPoint and other presentation systems (WebEx, etc.) ·        Exceptional verbal and written communication skills ·        Aptitude for problem solving, comfort with troubleshooting ·        Ability to take the initiative ·        Excellence in organization, professionalism, and time management ·        Strong presentation skills ·        Strong customer relationship skills ·        Automotive industry experience is a plus (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager)
