Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities: 
Prospect into targeted accounts in North America to compliment the efforts by the Sales Development Team and Marketing   
Negotiate and close business through online, phone, and in person meetings 
Engage customers with clear, concise, and compelling communication over phone, online presentations, email, and social media
Exceed your monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets 
Learn and communicate product offerings to prospects and customers 
Develop an expertise for their industry, the industries of its customers, the competitive landscape, and stay abreast of technology changes that impact all parts of the business 
Work with your team to repeat success, identify areas of improvement, and execute the strategic plan of the Conversica sales team

Qualifications
The experience you should have: Proven history of hitting and exceeding quota in a closing role 3 or more years selling a SaaS (or software sales) solution in a closing role Experience selling in an Account Based Marketing/Sales strategy Selling executive leaders/decision makers in B2B/B2C technology companies communicating your company’s products/services value statements to prospective buyers over email, phone, and social media. Completion of a four-year degree strongly preferred. The skills you should already have: Clear, compelling, and competent communication across email, social media, and the phone. Demonstrate products/services using tools like Zoom, Uberconference, and Join.meManage a pipeline and forecast accurately. Knowledge and use of Salesforce (required) Knowledge and use of Sales Acceleration tools like Salesloft (preferred). Knowledge and use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect, communicate, and engage prospects (preferred) Knowledge and use of Google Business Apps General business acumen
