is in Hyderabad. Bevov is expanding and looking for strong Pharmaceutical/Biotech professionals to join our strong operations team.
Responsibilities
Recruit/sourcing biotech and pharmaceutical professionals for specific positions through proactive recruitment methods, including outbound calls, electronic outreach via LinkedIn, email, TextUs, and networking
Develop job and client-specific pitches to attract passive candidates to potential new opportunities
Utilize online social and professional networking sites to connect with potential passive candidates.
Work in a collaborative team environment while being accountable for individual weekly and quarterly goals.
Work closely with the recruitment team to set a search strategy and to message to the market
Provide position-specific market intelligence to Team lead/Manager based on findings from recruitment efforts
Strategize with teammates to accomplish submittal goals.

Required Skills:
Should have at least six months of experience in BioPharma
Should be very strong in Boolean strings
Capable to adopt new environment
Understanding of Biopharma or Pharma technical terms is required
