Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full life cycle recruitment process of all levels
  • Complete a detailed job scope conversation with the hiring leader to determine position specifications
  • Understand technical skills for Pre-clinical and Clinical job requirements
  • Will create sourcing strategies to provide an exceptional candidate pipeline that leads to successful placement within business units
  • Leverage social media platforms and tools in driving candidate/employment brand awareness
  • Conduct and use Boolean search engines, social media, LinkedIn, job boards, networking to conduct searches
  • Understanding of technical skills for Pre-clinical and Clinical job requirements
  • Coordinate with the candidates and hiring managers for the interview process
  • Ensure all candidates are provided with timely updates concerning the status of their applications and interviews
  • Throughout the process, keeps a strong pulse on the interest levels and/or concerns of top candidates
  • Serve as a mentor to more junior Talent Acquisition Partners
  • Additional aspects of the role include managing kick-off sessions, conducting in-depth talent phone screens, and facilitating internal team debrief discussions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent degree in Life Sciences like Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biology, Genetics, Cell Biology, and Molecular Biology or related field preferred
  • Must have experience recruiting for Clinical or Scientific roles in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry with exceptional sourcing skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to being seen as a true ‘talent advisor’ to the business
  • Proven ability to source from multiple sources
  • Minimum 2+ years of in-house, RPO, or agency recruiting with Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry experience is required
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult and demanding customers
  • Ability to possess a high sense of urgency while working in a constantly changing environment
  • Experience being a part of a new launch/expansion is strongly preferred
  • Adhere to documentation and processes for compliance
  • Proficient in Oral & Written communication skills
